Working Student Bookkeeping Assistant (m/w/d)

About the position

The Enote app is “a gamechanger for  musicians” (The Guardian) and revolutionizes the way millions of people study  and play music every day. We are searching for an experienced and passionate  Working Student Bookkeeping Assistant ready to join our effort and help us in  our Finance Department. Our product will provide millions of amateurs and  professionals instant access to the majority of world’s music heritage.  

Job Responsibilities

•    Tracking and organizing weekly invoices. 
•    You support the team with the data management (bills collection, scanning and digitization). 
•    Managing reimbursements and monthly payments. 
•    Creating monthly finance reports (budgeting tracking). 
•    Yearly finance reports review. 
•    Management of business bank accounts and credit cards. 
•    Communication with stakeholders and vendors and provision of company bookkeeping.

What we expect from you

•    Outstanding organizational skills. 
•    Precise and with high attention to details. Problem solver. 
•    Motivation for finance, business administration and ideally studying the field. 
•    Microsoft Office, especially strong skills with Excel management. 
•    English language command (business level, verbal and written). Desirable German skills.

•    Experience with Atlassian, Jira and Confluence platforms. 
•    Experience with DATEV Online Unternehmen.
